Quick Break From My Morning Routine

So I was up super early this morning 6.00am in fact, I am not sure about you, but its been super hot in the nights for the last few days here in the UK.

I'm not going to complain because it wasnt until two weeks ago we started getting some heat over here.

This Saturday I am aiming to be out there in Cassiobury Park doing my warm ups, so who is going to be out there with me 8am? - early and fresh, dont want to get too hot and sweaty now do we.
