Get Rid Of Belly Fat!

Want to get rid of belly fat? Want to know the easiest way how?

There really isn't an easy way to lose belly fat , however there are some things that you can eat and exercise that you can do that will help.

First of all mono unsaturated fatty acids or MUFA's for short are good fats that help to break down belly fat.
Of course there is a more technical and scientific description of what mono unsaturated fatty acid is that this is the basic breakdown for you.

So now you know what a MUFA is what foods contain these MUFA's?

Olives, cashews, avocados are all high in MUFA's, other sources include groundnut oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, corn oil. popcorn, whole grain wheat, cereal, oatmeal , safflower oil, almond oil, sunflower oil and dark chocolate.

MUFA's are plants based fats found in some of the world's most delicious foods. Studies have shown that these fats protect you from chronic disease and enhance heart health.

So how do you add these MUFA's to every meal?

Breakfast

For a start you can mix but based granola in your yoghurt or even spread peanut butter on toast bagels for English muffins

Or you can add sunflower seeds, walnuts, or pecans to your cereal or oatmeal you can also sprinkle almonds on top of pancakes or waffles or even French toast

Or include them in a smoothie

Lunch

For lunch you can toss avocado chopped olives on nuts in the green leaf salad or you can sprinkle nuts or sunflower seeds on cream based soups.

Now MUFA's are high calorie foods yet they're very filling so you need less food at your meal.

To your dieting success!

What's The Deal With Belly Fat?

Muffin Top! Belly Fat!  we all know that feeling when you pull up your jeans and you struggle to do up the top button, and horror of horrors, when you look down at the tight jeans you squeezed into and  the muffin top is clearly visible! Arghhh!

Belly fat is the worst type of fat to have, as it has been shown to lead to a variety of illnesses which can be avoided.

Now i'm going to disclose some well known secrets of the trade.... there are some good fats and bad fats.  MUFAS or Monounsaturated Fatty Acids are plant-based fats found in some of the world's most delicious foods--avocado, nuts and seeds, oils, olives, and dark chocolate!

Studies show that these good-for-you fats enhance heart health and protect against chronic disease. And now the latest research shows that these dietary superstars may even target fat where it's hardest to lose--in your belly!

So how does this work you ask, well a handful of MUFAS on a daily basis will not only help to reduce your belly fat, but also is good for heart health as well.

Of course you have to put this into context with exercise and watching what you eat!   Why not join our weight loss challenge and get more information to help you reduce belly fat and weight loss.

Foods For A Flatter Stomach

What you eat can make your stomach bloat and put inches onto your waistline overnight.
Some people are not aware that certain foods can cause you to bloat, which is why I wanted to share  with you all today what not to eat if you have a flattering dress to wear, and what to eat to help your body burn belly fat.

So about two weeks before the big event, you need to ensure you do not touch any of the following foods...

Stomach Bloaters - foods to avoid:
  • white flour
  • bread / cakes
  • pasta
  • rice
  • wheat

Stomach Fat Burners- Foods to burn belly fat:
  • Olives, Olive Oil, Pesto Sauce,Safflower
  • Cashew nuts (not too much though)
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Avocados
  • Nuts & Seeds such as sunflower seeds, almonds, sesame seeds etc
So why do these foods burn fat , especially belly fat.  Well they are all MUFAS, or Monounsaturated fatty acids.  Although they are a form of fat, they are good fats, and according to studies have shown these foods do indeed burn the viscal fat around the belly.
