
There is the person who is determined to lose weight, who has a goal and an objective, and a desire to achieve that goal. To them the situation is a live or die. This alone is a huge motivator for them.
Then there are those who are only half-heartedly looking at achieving their weight loss and will always come up with an excuse.

You name it, they will find a reason for it. This in itself will drive most people to inertia until eventually they do nothing about it. Therefore piling on more and more pounds, creating more problems for their health in general
It is only when the situation becomes life-threatening or when you are told that you are morbidly obese that action and serious action and motivation then take place. Sometimes it is only when we get a health scare that we tend to look at the way we live our lives and look at how we could improve.
Why wait until that scare. Now is the time to do something. If you are just 10 pounds overweight it can add significant health problems to increased diabetes or other elements such as joint problems.

There are things that we all don't like to do. But if it will improve that our lives, our health don't you think it's worthwhile doing. You find that when you start something, it tends to grow on you, and when you start seeing results you become motivated.
So my thoughts, is to take action in the words of NIKE .' just do it'.
