Benefits of Omega 3

Great for Diabetics, heart disease, lowers blood pressure, helps circulation, great for memory, hyperactivity, autism, depression, reduces inflammation of the joints and muscle aches, great for athletes.  

We have all been hearing about omega three for a few years now some of us just take it religiously because we hear that it's good for us but do we understand the properties in omegas and why and what the benefits are?  

Benefits of Omega 3 


Omega 3 promotes  a  healthy  heart,  it helps to thin the blood which in turn will ensure that blood flow around the body and the brain and in an even manner. This will help to reduce the risk of heart attack, and strokes. It also reduces  inflammation and improves  functioning  of  the  nervous  system. 

There are a few more benefits for your brain also with using omega three, for instance did you know that it promotes  neurotransmitter balance  and  reception. 

Omega three has also been known to  relieve depression,  schizophrenia,  attention  deficit, hyperactivity  and  autism. 

If you want to have a good nights sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and gain clearer skin conditions then the properties within omega three will also help to do this. Onega 3 also balances  hormones,  and reduces  insulin  resistance.   


How do you know if you are lacking Omega 3? 

Some of the deficiency symptoms include dry hair or dandruff, eczema, skin conditions such as dry skin, my poor memory or learning difficulties, inflammatory health problems such as arthritis or joint pain.  These are just some of the more common deficiencies found.
Omega 3 can be found in oily fish such as macro tuna salmon swordfish and Marling as well as sardines flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. 

 If you don't eat enough fish, then you could supplement with omega three in tablet form.

Omega three benefits for exercisers

If you exercise or are a professional athlete or sports person then omega three can be of benefit in a number of ways. It can help to improve the delivery of  oxygen  and  nutrients  to cells  because of  reduced blood  viscosity.   
  It can also enhance your aerobic metabolism, while increasing energy levels  and stamina. 

 Research is also found that use of omega three has helped to increase exercise Eurasian and intensity was it also improves recovery and promoting anabolic or NT catabolic environment within the body. 

It is also great for helping to prevent joint tendon ligament strain is as it has anti-inflammatory properties and helps with   assisting injury healing.
