Negative calories are not foods that have minus calories in them, but instead are foods that can burn more calories in your body that are actually in the foods that you are eating themselves. So therefore the effects are negative calories.
So, for example if an Apple contains 80 calories, it may take 100 calories to digest, therefore you are down -20 calories.
So how can these negative calories help?
Well if you are eating enough of these foods, then it may help with metabolism and with your overall programme. It does not mean however that you can go ahead and eat extra because you have negative calories on board.
So here are some negative calorie foods that you can incorporate into your daily programme, and most of which you should be doing already.
