Can You Be A Rising Star?

If you are brand new to Visalus, then you have been hearing a lot about Rising Star Director and may have some questions about what it is and why it is important.

Today, we are going to answer some of the biggest questions you might have about Rising Star Director.  Because hitting Rising Star as soon as possible is so important for your business, we are going to make this a Two-Part Lesson so that you can get started on reaching this rank as soon as possible.

What is Rising Star Director?

There are several ranks within the company of Visalus. The most important step is hitting Rising Star because it gets your business off and running. 

A Rising Star Director is a promoter who has hit Director in their first 30 days of starting their business.  Those individuals that have come in on the Executive Promoter Kit or Star Kits are the ones that see the biggest benefit from Rising Star Director.  There are several bonuses and privileges that come along with being a Rising Star Director which we will discuss.

What is a Director?

A Director is one of the ranks of Visalus promoters . To become a Director, you need a total monthly volume of only $2,000, as well as three active promoters in your down line.

Can I be a Director if I don’t hit Rising Star?

Yes.  You will still get all of the benefits of Director, such as higher commissions and deeper levels of commissions.  However, you will not be eligible for the same bonuses that a Rising Star Director can earn.

What are the bonuses that a Rising Star Director can earn?

Rising Star Directors who enroll with the ESS kit or Star System are the only Directors that are eligible to earn the Enrollers Pool Bonus. Once you are Rising Star, you can qualify WEEKLY for bonuses that can range from a minimum of $75 and have reached as high as $350 per share before!*

Once I have hit Rising Star Director, how do I hit Enrollers Pool every week to receive my bonuses?

Only Directors who have hit Rising Star and enrolled with the ESS kit or higher are eligible for WEEKLY bonuses called the Enrollers Pool.  If you do not hit Rising Star within your first 30 days you will not be eligible to receive Enrollers Pool bonuses.  

However, if you do hit Rising Star, you are eligible for WEEKLY Enrollers Pool bonuses as long as you are active.  Here is how to qualify for the enrollers’ pool bonus:

1)      Simply hit Rising Star

2)      Personally bring three new promoters onto your team in one week with the total of their sales equal to or greater than $500 ( to do this they must have purchased the Executive Promoter Kit or higher). 

3)      Personally get three new customers to join in one week with the total of their sales equal to or greater than $500

Can I only hit Enrollers Pool once per week?

NO!  This is the beauty of Enrollers Pool!  You can hit it as many times as you want!  For example, let’s say you do all three of the scenarios mentioned above because you are following the system and just had a ROCKING Challenge Party (you hit Rising Star, got three promoters to total more than $500 and brought on three new customers that totals over $500).  You just hit Enrollers Pool THREE times which is a minimum of $75 multiplied by three=$225 just for doing what you would have done already!!!!  The best way to hit Enrollers Pool is to have weekly Challenge Parties; this will be the best way for you to bring the volume in to receive the bonuses!

If I Hit Rising Star Director but go back down to the Associates level in the future, do I love my Rising Star eligibility.

No.  Once you have hit Rising Star, you are locked in for life.  You have to be at the Director rank to receive the bonuses, but if you are bringing in enough volume to be hitting the pool, you most likely are at a Director’s level or above anyway.

In the long run, is hitting Rising Star THAT important?

Remember, in Visalus we can get paid up to five times per month (once weekly and then a monthly check) and this is just a WEEKLY check.  This individual clearly hit Enrollers Pool several times and that week must have been more than the minimum of a $75 per share.  What could you do with an extra $700 A WEEK???

*Visalus places 2% of the total company Bonus Volume from the previous four weeks into this revenue pool. One quarter of the pool is paid each of the following four weeks to those who qualify.
